I had a bear of a time figuring out how to fix this. Luckily there was You-Tube.
I had to remove the blue and white small pieces of plastic near the brass screws on both ends. The filament was stuck on the hot end and wouldn’t come loose until I cranked the temp on the hot end up to 220. Once the hot end heated up, the other end, popped right out and I was able to pull the jammed out.
